Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, supervise treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care. Build rewarding relationships by addressing patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery. Demonstrate collaboration within the interdisciplinary team and support professional growth in a state with RN licensure requirements. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
