Job Summary
Providing direct patient care to inpatients needing hemodialysis; supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Educating nursing staff on care of the hemodialysis patient, equipment, and standards of care. Building relationships with patients to support recovery and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, tailored care. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
