Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Educate nursing staff on dialysis care, equipment, and standards of care; build meaningful relationships with patients and support their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you don’t have it, we can help you to obtain it!)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of inpatient hospital setting experience preferred
