Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis, supervise treatments, conduct patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care; build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and quality of life within an interdisciplinary team in Encompass Health’s dialysis suite.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you don’t have it, we can help you obtain it)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred
