Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients receiving hemodialysis; supervise care and treatments, assess patients, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for individuals with kidney disease and contribute to patient education, outcomes, and staff development within a state-of-the-art dialysis suite.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you don’t have it, we can help you obtain it)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
