Job Summary
Hemodialysis RN providing direct patient care in an inpatient dialysis suite, supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, educating staff on dialysis care, equipment, and standards, and building meaningful patient relationships while supporting professional growth within Encompass Health. Qualifications include active RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 1 year, CRRN preferred, with at least 6 months dialysis nursing experience and 1 year inpatient hospital exposure; opportunity to advance through education and certification support.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensures as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you‘re not, we can help you to obtain it!)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
