Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis; supervise treatments, perform assessments, and create personalized care plans; educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards; build rewarding patient relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery; utilize state-of-the-art dialysis technology within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience
- 1 year of inpatient hospital setting experience preferred
