Dialysis RN

Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis while supervising treatments, conducting assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Build relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment standards, and protocols. Requires current RN licensure, ACLS within one year, and six months of dialysis nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include one year of inpatient hospital experience and CRRN certification.
