Dialysis RN

Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, including supervising treatments, conducting assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Address patient concerns while building relationships based on understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment protocols, and standards of care. Requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of hire, with six months of dialysis nursing experience mandatory. One year of inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
