Dialysis RN

Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, including supervising treatments, conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while educating nursing staff on equipment, standards of care, and patient management. Requires current RN licensure, CPR and ACLS certification within one year, six months of dialysis experience, and one year in an inpatient setting.
