Dialysis RN

Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, including supervising treatments, conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care. Requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of hire. Six months of dialysis nursing experience is required, with one year in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
