Dialysis RN

Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, including supervising treatments, conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while educating nursing staff on equipment and standards of care. Requires current RN licensure, CPR and ACLS certification, and six months of dialysis nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include one year of inpatient hospital setting experience and CRRN certification.
