Job Summary
Manage and operate the dialysis clinic, assuming full responsibility in the Administrator's absence. Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, minimize hospitalizations, and optimize staffing levels. Update logs, ensure billing compliance, and maintain chronological documentation for all treatments and communications. Monitor facility safety, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory while responding to all emergencies. Lead staff development, recruitment, and performance evaluations. Conduct monthly meetings with governing bodies and medical directors to drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
- 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
