Dialysis RN Clinical Coordinator - $12K Sign On

Manage and operate the dialysis clinic independently when the Administrator is absent, assuming full clinical and operational responsibility. Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and effective staffing, while monitoring supplies and labor hours for efficient use. Lead staff development through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, serving as a subject matter expert for patient needs and in-service education. Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by overseeing equipment maintenance, facility safety, and incident report reviews. Collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and governing body to develop quality standards, implement corrective action plans, and ensure all required logs and reports are submitted accurately.
