Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing physical assessments before and after sessions and monitoring patients during procedures. Document all care activities and administer medications per physician orders while ensuring monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians under Charge Nurse supervision to meet staffing ratios and state regulations. Adhere to all company policies, federal laws, and state regulations by participating in required staff meetings and continuing education. Work as a critical member of an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient assessment and care planning for individuals living with kidney disease.
