Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing physical assessments before and after treatments and monitoring patients during procedures. Document all care activities and ensure quality renal care through monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administering medications per physician orders. Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians under Charge Nurse supervision to meet staffing requirements and adhere to state regulations. Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and interdisciplinary care planning while maintaining compliance with federal laws and company policies.
