Job Summary
Conduct safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing physical assessments before and after sessions and monitoring patients during procedures. Document all care activities and administer medications per physician orders while performing monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians under Charge Nurse supervision to meet center staffing requirements and adhere to state regulations. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education to maintain compliance with federal and state laws.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred
