Job Summary
Provide dialysis treatment and patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care. Work under supervision of a Charge Nurse and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to care for patients with kidney disease. Responsibilities include performing and documenting pre- and post-treatment physical assessments, monitoring patients during dialysis, and administering medications per physician orders. Be part of an interdisciplinary team to support patient assessments and care planning, ensure staffing meets regulatory requirements, and adhere to company policies, state and federal laws. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings. Requires current nursing license in the applicable state and ability to distinguish all primary colors.
