Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include direct patient care, completing and documenting pre- and post-treatment physical assessments, monitoring patients during dialysis, and administering medications per physician orders while reviewing medication profiles. Supervises and assists Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and ensures staffing Compliance with state regulations. Adheres to company policies, participates in required meetings and continuing education, and supports quality and safety initiatives. Requires active nursing license in the applicable state and color-vision ability.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
