Dialysis Registered Nurse

Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patients during procedures, and administering medications per physician orders. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians while ensuring center staffing ratios are met under the direction of the Administrator. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to perform all required patient assessment and care planning activities, adhering to company policies, state, and federal regulations. Participate in mandatory staff meetings and continuing education offerings. Work directly with patients living with kidney disease to ensure quality renal care.
