Dialysis Registered Nurse

Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing and documenting physical assessments before and after sessions while monitoring patients during procedures. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure all required patient assessment and care planning activities are delivered. Adhere to company policies, state and federal regulations, and physician orders for medication administration, including monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings to maintain compliance with staffing ratios and quality standards. Work directly with patients to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the dialysis process.
