Job Summary
Provide dialysis treatments as a Registered Nurse to patients with kidney disease; perform pre- and post-treatment physical assessments, monitor patients during dialysis, and administer medications per physician orders. Ensure quality renal care by medication-profile reviews and adherence to safety, policy, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet staffing and patient-care planning needs, participate in mandatory staff meetings and continuing education, and uphold state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
