Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing and documenting physical assessments before and after sessions while monitoring patients during procedures. Administer medications per physician orders and conduct monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to perform required patient assessments, develop care plans, and ensure center staffing ratios meet state regulations under Charge Nurse supervision. Adhere to all company policies, state, and federal laws while participating in mandatory staff meetings and continuing education. Maintain color discrimination and hold a current nursing license.
