Dialysis Registered Nurse

Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care providing direct patient care for individuals with kidney disease. Responsibilities include performing and documenting physical assessments before and after dialysis treatments, monitoring patients during treatment, and administering medications per physician orders after reviewing patient medication profiles. Works within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality renal care, supports staffing requirements under supervision of a Charge Nurse and Administrator, and adheres to company policies and state/federal regulations. Participates in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
