Dialysis Registered Nurse

Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing physical assessments before and after sessions and monitoring patients during care. Document all procedures and administer medications per physician orders while ensuring quality renal care through monthly medication profile reviews. Supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to conduct assessments, plan care, and meet staffing ratios under administrator direction. Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and federal laws while participating in required staff meetings and continuing education. Work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to support patients living with kidney disease.
