Job Summary
RN at US Renal Care providing dialysis treatment and direct patient care. Work with patients to perform safe, comfortable dialysis, complete and document pre- and post-treatment assessments, monitor patients during treatment, and administer medications per physician orders. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet staffing requirements per state regulations, participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings, and uphold company policies and regulatory standards. Supervise Patient Care Technicians as needed and contribute to the ongoing quality of renal care.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
