Job Summary
Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment by completing and documenting physical assessments before and after procedures while monitoring patients during sessions. Administer medications according to physician orders and complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians to meet center staffing requirements under the direction of the Administrator and adhere to all state regulations for staffing ratios. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings to uphold safety and quality standards.
