Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and direct patient care to individuals with kidney disease. Work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, supervise and collaborate with Patient Care Technicians, perform and document pre- and post-treatment assessments, monitor patients during dialysis, and administer medications according to physician orders. Contribute to interdisciplinary team activities, ensure staffing meets state regulations, adhere to company policies and applicable laws, participate in staff meetings and continuing education, and support ongoing quality and safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
