Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by working directly with patients to complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments while monitoring patients during procedures. Administer medications according to physician orders and ensure quality renal care through monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to perform all required patient assessment and care planning activities, ensuring center staffing requirements are met under state regulations. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state and federal laws while participating in required staff meetings and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred
