Job Summary
Maintain quality care delivery by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed and initiating systematic patient assessments. Provide nursing care to meet the needs of hemodialysis patients while interpreting assessment data and collaborating with providers on treatment plans. Perform hemodialysis as prescribed and teach or counsel patients and families. Requires a valid RN license, at least one year of hemodialysis experience, BLS certification, and ACLS within six months of hire. Required Qualifications
