Job Summary
Join DaVita as a full-time Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT responsible for delivering direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes while collaborating with a clinical team. Educate patients and families on kidney health, and float to nearby clinics as needed. The ideal candidate should have an RN license, dialysis experience, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with long-term patient relationships.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice
- At least 6+ months dialysis experience
- ADN required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation for potential floating
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN)
- Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
