Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting with responsibilities including monitoring patients, managing treatment plans, and responding to health changes. Collaborate with a clinical team and educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. This role requires an RN license, at least 6 months of dialysis experience, and an Associate's degree (ADN). Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and certification as a Nephrology Nurse or Dialysis Nurse.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice
- 6+ months dialysis experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation for potential floating
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN)
- Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
Additional Requirements
- Must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30 to 40-minute radius of the Bridgeport, CT area
