Job Summary
Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies while ensuring quality standards are met. Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies, monitor patients for changes, and communicate updates with physicians and families. Administer and chart prescribed medications, document patient education efforts, and follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations. Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews to facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals. Lead a small patient care team, assist in medication inventory maintenance, and contribute to onboarding new staff members. Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5:30am with Sundays off.
Required Qualifications
