Job Summary
Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met. Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies, monitor patients for changes, and communicate updates with physicians and families. Administer and chart prescribed medications while documenting required patient education efforts. Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations and participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews. Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals, assist in medication inventory maintenance, and lead a small patient care team. Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed. Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5:30am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
