Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met. Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies, monitor patients during procedures, and assess changes to communicate with physicians and families. Administer and chart prescribed medications while documenting patient education efforts and health coaching. Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations and participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews. Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals and assist in medication inventory maintenance. Lead a small patient care team and contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed. Full-time, four 10-hour shifts with Sundays off; pay ranges from $29-$42 per hour.
