Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies while ensuring quality standards are met. Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies, monitor patients for changes, and communicate updates with physicians and families. Administer and chart prescribed medications, document education efforts, and follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations. Participate in care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews to facilitate continuity with local hospitals. Lead small patient care teams, assist in medication inventory maintenance, and contribute to onboarding new staff. Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5am with Sundays off.
