Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing physical assessments before and after sessions and monitoring patients during care. Administer medications per physician orders and review patient medication profiles monthly. Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians to deliver comprehensive care while ensuring staffing ratios meet state regulations. Adhere to all company policies, state laws, and federal regulations under Charge Nurse supervision. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education. Work directly with patients at the Adel clinic to support individuals living with kidney disease.
