Dialysis Registered Nurse - RN Chronic In-center

Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing and documenting physical assessments before and after procedures while monitoring patients during sessions. Administer medications per physician orders and conduct monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) as a critical member of an interdisciplinary team to perform patient assessment and care planning activities. Ensure center staffing requirements are met according to state regulations and adhere to all company policies, state and federal laws, and continuing education offerings under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.
