Dialysis Registered Nurse - RN Chronic In-center

Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patients during procedures, and administering medications per physician orders. Document all patient care activities and ensure quality renal care through monthly medication profile reviews. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians while making sure center staffing requirements are met under the direction of the Administrator and Charge Nurse. Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and federal laws, participating in required staff meetings and continuing education. Work directly with patients living with kidney disease as part of an interdisciplinary team at our Milledgeville Clinic.
