Job Summary
Conduct safe, high-quality dialysis treatments by completing physical assessments before and after sessions and monitoring patients during care. Document all assessments and administer medications per physician orders while ensuring monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians and the interdisciplinary team to fulfill staffing requirements and execute care planning activities. Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and federal laws under Charge Nurse supervision while participating in required staff meetings and continuing education. Maintain color discrimination ability and hold a current nursing license in the applicable state.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred
