Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatments by assessing them before, during, and after dialysis and monitoring their response to treatment. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols while providing patient education on dialysis, medications, access care, diet, and overall health management. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, accurately complete documentation, and respond appropriately to patient condition changes or emergencies. Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives within a team-oriented clinical environment. Full-time position in Jersey City, NJ.
