Dialysis Registered Nurse, Home Hemo & Peritoneal RN - Floater

Job Summary
Provide home dialysis patient training and ongoing support across US Renal Care locations; travel to patient homes to train patients and care partners in self-care for Peritoneal Dialysis or Home Hemodialysis; administer medications and perform nursing duties; document in the Electronic Medical Record; monitor patient labs and outcomes; participate in infection control and quality-improvement activities; coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team; educate patients and families; ensure supply and equipment readiness for home therapy; on-call nursing coverage and flexible scheduling to meet program needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more current nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Must successfully complete the Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program
- Must meet any state-specific practice requirements
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical applications within 90 days of hire
