Job Summary
Home Therapy Registered Nurse role with travel requirements to various U.S. Renal Care locations to provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities. Responsibilities include patient education, coordinating supplies, inventory management, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Flexible to work in home settings, perform on-call nursing services, and support program goals; requires RN license in multiple states, CPR certification, and ability to travel. Clinical duties include administering medications as ordered, recording nursing services in EMR, infection control monitoring, and coordinating home evaluations to ensure equipment and water/sample requirements are met.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- All licenses maintained as current and in good standing
- 12 months or more current nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- CPR certification prior to patient care assignment
- Ability to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Demonstrated English language communication skills
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days
- Meet state practice act requirements and background clearances as applicable
