Job Summary
Traveling Home Therapy Registered Nurse providing patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities across US Renal Care locations; performs nursing relief/support on a temporary/short-term basis, trains patients (and care partners) in self-care peritoneal/hemodialysis, conducts home visits as needed, manages documentation in EMR, supports infection control and quality initiatives, and may cover on-call responsibilities with flexible staffing locations; requires multi-state RN license, 12+ months nursing experience (6+ months in home modality), CPR, travel willingness, and proficiency with clinical applications.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states (multi-state licensing)
- 12 months or more current nursing experience; 6 months or more home modality experience
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Completion of Home Therapy Nurse Orientation and ongoing competency
- English communication proficiency (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills; proficiency with USRC clinical applications within 90 days
- Ability to meet state practice requirements and background clearances as applicable
