Job Summary
Home Therapy Registered Nurse traveler providing training and ongoing support for home dialysis patients across US Renal Care locations. Responsibilities include patient education, coordinating supplies, conducting home visits as needed, documenting nursing services in the EMR, collaborating with interdisciplinary team, infection control monitoring, on-call coverage, and flexible staffing across locations. Requires travel, RN licensure in multiple states, CPR, color vision, and completion of orientation; responsibility to adhere to federal/state regulations and company policies; strong communication and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience required
- CPR certification required
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must complete the Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Meet state practice requirements
