Job Summary
Traveling Home Therapy Registered Nurse providing patient training and support for home dialysis modalities across U.S. Renal Care locations on a temporary/short-term basis. Responsibilities include patient education, coordination of supplies, medication management, charting in EMR, infection control, collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team, and ensuring timely communication and safety. Flexible with assigning locations and hours to meet program needs; on-call rotations may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- All licenses must be maintained as current and in good standing
- Must obtain applicable state license within state-specified time frames
- 12 months or more current nursing experience; 6 months or more home modality experience
- Flexibility with schedule and travel within the U.S. and Guam
- CPR certification required
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must successfully complete Home Therapy Nurse Orientation and maintain competency
- English language proficiency (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days
- Meet state practice requirements
- Background clearances/orientation as applicable
