Job Summary
Dialysis Registered Nurse – Home Hemodialysis & Peritoneal Dialysis Floater travels to various U.S. Renal Care locations to provide patient training, ongoing support, and nursing relief for home dialysis modalities on a temporary/short-term basis. Responsibilities include training patients and care partners in self-care dialysis, coordinating supply delivery and inventory, conducting home visits, documenting nursing services in the EMR, contributing to program quality and patient outcomes, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, adhering to regulatory requirements, and participating in on-call coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more current nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- CPR certification required
- Must obtain applicable state license, based on assignment, within state specified time frames
- Demonstrated working knowledge of English language
- Ability to meet minimum hiring standards including background clearances and orientation requirements if applicable to the program assigned
