Job Summary
Travel Home Therapy RN provides patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis across U.S. Renal Care locations; delivers nursing care, education, and coordination for patients choosing home dialysis, may conduct home visits, documents in EMR, supports program goals, and may perform on-call duties including nights and weekends; requires current RN license in multiple states, CPR, 12+ months nursing experience with 6+ months in home modality, ability to travel, and completion of orientation; flexible with locations and scheduling to meet program needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- CPR certification
- 12 months or more current nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to travel to assignment locations throughout the U.S. and Guam
- Demonstrated ability to distinguish primary colors (color vision)
- Completion of Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program and annual competency
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Meet state practice requirements
- Background clearances/orientation as applicable
