Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Home Therapy (Dialysis) travel role providing training and ongoing support for patients using home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. Travels to multiple Renal Care locations to deliver patient education, ensure timely supply orders, assist with program operations, and support quality outcomes. Requires current multi-state RN licensure, CPR, 12+ months of nursing experience with 6+ months in home modality, ability to document in EMR, coordinate with clinicians and care partners, and willingness to travel within the U.S.; orientation and state-specific requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- 12 months or more nursing experience
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must successfully complete Home Therapy Nurse Orientation program
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications
- Must meet state practice act requirements
- Ability to meet minimum hiring standards including background clearances and orientation requirements
