Job Summary
Home Therapy Registered Nurse — Traveler provides patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities across multiple Renal Care locations in the U.S. Responsibilities include patient education on self-care for Peritoneal Dialysis or Hemodialysis, documenting nursing services, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring infection control, facilitating supply logistics, and ensuring timely communication with physicians and supervisors. The role requires travel and on-call rotation, with flexible staffing locations to support the home therapy program and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in multiple states
- CPR certification
- 6 months or more home modality experience
- 12 months or more nursing experience
- Flexibility with schedule and travel across the U.S. and Guam
- Ability to meet state practice requirements
- Proficiency with clinical applications and English communication
